ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Kalena Wrobel. I am a 23-year-old fashion creative with an eye for imagery, a mind for strategy, and a heart that beats for storytelling. I recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a B.F.A. in Fashion Marketing and Management and a Minor in Fashion Photography. My creative practice lives at the intersection of visuals and branding, and I strive to build narratives that feel as rich and multidimensional as the clothes themselves.

My passion for the editorial and magazine world runs deep—it’s where my love for fashion, photography, and storytelling collide. During my editorial internship at Funktasy Magazine, I had the surreal opportunity to shoot my very first digital cover story at just 22 years old, a moment that lit a creative fire in me I haven’t stopped chasing since. I’ve always been drawn to the magic of fashion imagery (especially the avant garde) and its ability to communicate culture, identity, and emotion in a single frame.

Inspired by the drama of Thierry Mugler, the dark poetry of Alexander McQueen, the dreamscape of Petra Collins, the bold elegance of Daniel Roseberry, and the cinematic world-building of Tim Burton, I’m constantly chasing beauty in the unexpected. Whether I’m directing a shoot, crafting a marketing concept, moodboarding for hours, or editing late into the night, I bring curiosity, intention, and a little bit of edge to everything I do.

I’m currently looking for opportunities within the fashion industry—especially roles in luxury marketing, brand storytelling, editorial production, fashion journalism, and fashion photography. I’m open to both in-house positions as well as creative collaborations, and I’m always excited to connect with people who are as passionate about the industry as I am.

Thanks for stopping by! Let’s make something noteworthy together.
